How can training help our business?

We have delivered many bespoke training packages for our customers based on the outcomes of an initial benchmarking exercise.

• Lean Manufacturing - This course was specifically designed in "lean manufacturing techniques" with a clear focus on customer service, quality and team organisation.
• Improving performance - A tailored course was produced to raise Team Leader performance to "World-class" standards by providing training in the four key areas of competence.
• Mentoring – We are happy to provide post course "mentoring" support to ensure that your staff are fully able to implement the agreed new practices and to achieve the performance standards required.
